MisSia Creative Agency provides branding, web design, Amazon brand growth, packaging design, and related creative services. Our services are offered based on the scope of work agreed upon with the client.

2. Payments & Fees

  • All prices are provided in USD unless stated otherwise.

  • A 50% deposit may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

  • Late payments may result in delayed services or project termination.

3. Revisions & Refunds

  • Each project includes a set number of revisions, as outlined in the service agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

  • Due to the nature of digital design services, all sales are final. Refunds are only granted in exceptional cases, at our discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide clear project details, content, and necessary materials before work begins.

  • Clients agree to review and approve work in a timely manner to avoid project delays.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Upon full payment, clients receive the final design files and non-exclusive usage rights for their business.

  • MisSia Creative Agency retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless a confidentiality agreement is requested in writing.

6. Project Timelines

  • Estimated completion times vary by project. Delays caused by a lack of client feedback or materials are not our responsibility.

  • If a client is unresponsive for more than 14 days, the project may be placed on hold or terminated without a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • MisSia Creative Agency is not responsible for third-party service failures (e.g., website hosting, printing services, Amazon platform changes).

  • We are not liable for business losses, lost profits, or indirect damages resulting from our services.

8. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose sensitive project details unless required by law.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any client if:

  • There is a breach of contract.

  • The client engages in disrespectful or unethical behavior.

  • The project scope exceeds what was originally agreed upon.

10. Governing Law
